To enhance life at Emerald Oaks we provide lots of services and activities our residents can take part in while focusing on the physical, social-emotional, spiritual, and mental well-being. Residents can take part in puzzles, board games, worship services, conversations after events or activities, sharing life experiences with other residents or nurses, and special occasion lunches with family and friends. Residents can also do more hands-on activities like planting flowers and vegetables, mobility and strengthening exercises, hanging up bird feeders, and crafts. Emerald also provides a salon service that takes place in the building. Salon services include haircuts, washes, waxing, and hair dyeing. We provide these activities to make life at Emerald Oaks more like home and less like a facility.
